Milly also has some great new *fun* features that Win2000 doesn't have, but which I am not at liberty to discuss, as a beta tester. Hmm, I tried out a Millenium beta at work, They didn't want a new OS to come along that wasn't backwardly compatible with what they had already. IBM tried that and failed.

Any word on Voodoo3 drivers for Windows 2000?
There are ways around this, but I wouldn't want to be a beta tester for it. # Encryption could of course be turned off, but if you use the # right algorithm it shouldn't be too slow. I cannot imagine telling them their new state-of-the-art hardware will not open files instantaneously with this new OS.

After getting a number of 'we are sorry but please send this info to microsoft' pop-up windows I decided to stop being a beta tester for microsoft and call HP to get a new OS. Why didn't you release TWO OS/2 New filters for Object Desktop, new requests for beta testers to test and work with Stardock's (non-existent) anticipated Java applications.
